Thank you, I remembered someone saying they made one over a few hours long, so that confused me.They exist. I can not suggest them for anything more than maybe 4 minute clips (possibly more for cartoons). The main one was called meteo and you can read more about it http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/index.php?title=Meteo
If you have a DS then moonshell or the other video players there do far better and if you have any kind of other modern device then it will be far easier in the long run.
I guess you could, with some incredible lossy encoding to the point where it looks like a cutscene on the Atari 7800. For the most part, you aren't going to be able to have anything over 32MB in size (technically there is a way around that, but good luck finding a flashcart that can support anything over 32MB, much less software to allow you to do that). So just for a 20min episode of a cartoon, you'll probably have to break it up into three ROMs unless you're willing to sacrifice a lot of quality. You'd have to break it up even more if you don't want to have to wait for erasing and writing to the NOR of something like the EZ4, so you'd be stuck with a 16MB limit to write to the PSRAM instead.Thank you, I remembered someone saying they made one over a few hours long, so that confused me.

Cool, thanks for that info, sorry for late reply haven't been on for a while. My main reason for it was to load it into the RTC (real time corrupter) plugin/mod of bizhawk just to see what happensI guess you could, with some incredible lossy encoding to the point where it looks like a cutscene on the Atari 7800.
