Hacking GBA Save backup/restore?

Is there any way to do this for GBA games? I already lost my GBA saves due to having to reinstall the .cias

Me either. I tried SDF on both sysnand and emunand. Hope someone here can answer the question. Or I'd rather continue to use my dsl with ez 3in1 to play gba games.
