I use a EZ Flash 3in1 to play GBA games with my R4i Gold 3DS with the Wood firmware. At the moment I would play short GBA games with via Wood and sometimes I use GBA Explorer to flash a game I really like to play to the NOR memory so I can play from the DS menu instantly. This brings me to my question. Is there a reason why SAVs generated from the GBA Explorer wouldn't work when I copy the SAV and try and play via Wood?
Am I right in thinking that the save file that's generated from GBA Explorer and from Wood is completely different?
