Hey,

Me and my roommate were starting to play Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green (bringing it back to sixth grade style) and when we tried to connect to battle it just said "please wait" for both of us. We both have DS and g6 lites. Does GBA multiplayer just not work, or are we doing something wrong?

Thanks

GBA multiplayer is done via wired link cables and since no DS model to date has a GBA link cable port then you would need to get 2 GBA (whatever model) plus a link cable for it to work

In the DS manual it tells you GBA multiplayer is removed from the DS. The only way to get mutliplayer games to work on the DS is to make a GBA emulator that links through the DS WiFi. That's probably not going to happen until Slot 1 Carts become more mainstream.

Or you could both use GBAs.

or a program that runs in the ram of a gba cart while the game plays from a slot-1 cart that allows you to you the wireless
