Homebrew GBA injected games problem

So... Hello everyone I hope this is the correct place to post this kind of thread.
I've used "Ultimate GBA VC Injector" to convert a game to 3DS (The game is Ed Edd n Eddy The mis ed-ventures).... That's just a nice platform game ehehe.
The problem is that while I was testing it on my 3ds the game was working correctly, no problems until I've left the game and came back. I couldn't find any savegame. There isn't a manual savegame option because the game automatically saves after a level is completed so I couldn't even try to do it myself.


Talking about the game patching itself... I've just inserted the game into the tool and the savegame automatically selected "EEPROM" but it doesn't seems to work. Any solution? :c

If you run into a title where neither NSUI beta 27 or Ultimate GBA Injector allows you select the correct save type as specified per advanescene rom info database, refer to the serial code trickery editing technique.
