Hacking Gba games?

Does this thing play gba roms, or do I need a something else? I have a 1.4 dsi and I've been looking for a way to play gba roms on my dsi.

Just about every week someone comes and asks the same question or post something claiming they were able to get GBA games to run on NDS without the GBA expiation (or using iPlayer)
And same goes for the wii thing
