reason why they threatened to sue was because he was the one hacking sakura to make a DLID ver to run on all flashcarts, aka: rom booting, media player, the works
as you could imagine why should I buy a m3 real cart now when I can run it on my $4 R4 clone
he never got the rom booting running, but did get the main media functions going, however sakura has long been updated since then again and again
