Hacking GBA Custom Virtual Console Issue?

Using rxTools 2.6. I had Mother 3 on my sysNAND and emuNAND. But I accidentally deleted the that title on my sysNAND using FBI. Will it reappear on emuNAND with my saved game if I reinstall it on sysNAND?

You might have to install the EXACT same CIA though
