The one that came with my micro is scratched in the area over the screen. Does anyone know where to get replacement ones that don't have horrible pictures on and aren't a horrible colour? My Micro is green and a replacement green one would be best, but other colours like blue or black would be fine. I've been googling it but I haven't had any luck. I keep coming across Marvel themed ones.

I actually ordered a faceplate from Nintendo a few years ago and then spraypainted it gold. It looks pretty cool, but you have to put tape over the front AND BACK of the faceplate to cover the screen, so that you don't get paint over it, and no paint splashes back onto the backside of where the screen is.

I do remember seeing faceplates at GameStop recently (or at least semi-recently) though…

They're still listed on Nintendo's UK site:

Drop them an email and see what you can get

Maybe the different countries have different stock levels.

I just picked one up from Nintendo of America Last week, you have to call them and talk to someone in Parts. Except they only had the LadyBug faceplate in stock, and I think I got the last one.

Thanks guys. I also noticed last night that Nintendo's UK website listed them so I did indeed drop them an email. Just waiting to see what they say now... Damn NoE, European Micros only came with one faceplate. No spares, unlike the US version.

Are you sure they were any good? I got some clear plastic ones made by Competition Pro/Powerplay in what was quite possibly the worst accessory pack ever made, they were a pretty bad fit

. The rest of the stuff in the pack was pretty rubbish too.
