Hacking Gateway3DS can't dump roms?

I've got a Gateway 3DS and I have been loving it ever since I got it

Now I want to dump my Pokemon X so I can play games online using a scene dump, but every time I try to dump a game it takes 3-5 seconds then says (I've also tried my other 3DS games all with the same error)

I've tried re installing the GW exploit with the blue card, and I've tried re downloading the Launcher file and the diagnostic test says all OK.

I can post a picture off the error if needed but I think it's probably fine just in text, thanks in advance!

Also I bought the GW on Modchipcentral so I know it's not a fake.

Hilarious. I didn't even read as far as the error and immediately thought it would be there was no space. Don't you love it when complex errors have simple solutions
