You'll never be in a position where you cannot update. You can download the update using 3DNUS and update using the .cia files if it comes to it.

That's how I updated my New 3DS EmuNAND to 9.5 despite only getting it recently.

the brick code are only for gateway clones?? original ones are safe?

updated to 3.5/10.3 in my ambassador o3ds and works normally
didnt test cia since i dont use them

No the brick code is made just for Gateway owners

Guy that was 2 people but a lot of people using fakes got bricks.

classic mode for retail 3ds games wont boot well not even original DS games boot via classic mode tested 30 DS games and 28 3DS all fail to boot just black screen

Seems unlikely. For one thing, rxTools doesn't have this problem using 10.3 EmuNAND. It's more likely simply a Gateway bug.

Noobs don't bother reading anything unless you are directly answering to them.

Just like people creating threads asking if they can install CFW in 10.1 while having a huge disclaimer saying that isn't possible to so as they create the thread... all the time.

Great , now my cia games don't work and I can't run 3ds games on classic 10.3 emunand. Hopefully they will come soon with 3.5.2 update
