So does anyone know how to dump DLC yet? Thinking about dumping and backing up my Fantasy Life dlc.

The Error in Action:
"Card was ejected" when booting the devmenu.

Actually I think it's the savegame.

Try this with your "bad" microSD:

First check if there is a .sav savegame created for the devmenu, ifso delete it.
Then goto Gateway diagnostics, run it, then launch the devmenu.3ds.

That may solve it

I can confirm that pokebank, poketransporter, NSMB2+ DLC all work in CIA format.
It needs to be:

Devmenu.csu (renamed to 3ds) 2.3.4 on red card
GovanifY Devmenu_2x.cia on SD.

It will Work. Make sure you're using the correct versions.

Does pokebank work without having to pay for it?

Says you. I now have NSMB2 +DLC installed on my console. I didnt before... Also this brings EmuNAND to the same point as the CFW.

As a note. I was able to install the same content without including Govanify's leaked work(s).

Which makes me a little less annoyed...

Im going to say no considering that it's tied to your NNID.

Using Govanify's stuff is only needed if you want to install the DevMenu to your system. Booting the 2.3.4 Nintendo version from the gateway card works just fine. It has all the same features.

No luck, though I appreciate the official response.

I removed all of the .sav files just to be sure, and still the error persists.
- Note that no save file is created when the DevMenu is launched - I checked after and found no new .sav file.

I read through the 20 pages here and saw mentions of savegame managers and SD card managers.
I'm thinking I'm not so lucky, but I'll keep my hopes high and ask:

Is it now possible to transfer (encrypted) extra data on the SD card from my 4.2 3DS XL to my 9.2 3DS XL?
[The specific data I want is my Fantasy Life save which is saved as extra data on the SD card instead of on the cartridge itself, kind of like how eShop games do it by default.]

I've just read about this GW update...

So, can anyone clarify me, with this I can install the japanese patches from a game like monster hunter 4G so i can play online?

If that patch is released as a CIA it might be possible. The compatibility of some of these CIAs are questionable though. Depending on the dev firmware for the game they may not work.

Edit: I don't think MH4G updates have been dumped. So until they are it's a no for sure.

Savegame Cheating might be possible now from SD Cart:

Testobject: Fantasy Life EUR (00001131)

- Use SDK-5.2.2 SaveDataFiler.csu and rename it to .3ds
- Start it the usual way
- Backup your SD Save

A new folder named "filer" was created on your SD Cart.

In my Case the needed files are in SDCARD\filer\ExtData\20141106072547\00001131
(fl_ext0.fsd is the same content as _fl_ext0.fsd)

I searched around for my Characters Name and found it 52 00 75 00 6B 00 69 00 61 R.u.k.i.a

After a try to find ingame Stuff i hit the Jackpot:

Money: 61025 > EE 61
Experience: 75081 > 01 25 49

Currently testing if changing will work or not.

EDIT:

IT WORKED.
