Hacking Gateway emunand question.

Hi. If anybody knows what will happen in this case:
For example, i use emunand and update it to 7.1.0. Then i bougt some games at e-shop. Download it, play it. After some time i'll update my real NAND to latest version. What will happen to all this games, that i bought and downloaded?
Is all of them stay at place?
All of them will disappear?
They'll disappear, but i could re download them for free after update?

I don't know about the re-download but if you don't format the sd card the games should be still available.
But why would you want to update your <4.5 3DS? I'd recommend you to stay on your current firmware and wait for 2.0.

I don't want to update at this moment, but situation could dictate this in future, who knows. So i'm interesting...
