Hacking Gateway Concern

I have a N3DS and I use Gateway. I was just playing Pokémon Y, and when I pressed the "home" button, it said game card was removed. This is the first time that happened... should I be worried? Also a side question, does JKSM work with Pokémon X, Y, and OR? Thoughts appreciated [emoji4][emoji4]

You can backup you gw savegame.
First find out wich .sav is the one you want and create a copy of it and rename it to 000400000FF40A00.sav
now mount the game and backup the save with jksm

it happens now and then, sadly not much you can to. Just make sure you load the same game when you restart since you then can rescue the last save game most of the time that way.

I think, don't quote me.

This happens because the GW card is emulating an actual cart, so idk.. I have little to no experience with GW
