You can use a save editor to get the yo kai.

Don't use the save editor to create Yo-kai and items, it will cause error and break the save file and game. I just use it to reset crank-akai attempts, then draw crank-akai to get rare items and rare Yo-kai. And if you want, you can edit old item to rare item(coins, fusion items, etc), it doesn't cause any error. In this game, I found a food to ensure befriend rate is 100% is Forbidden Fruit, so I edit an not neccessary item (ex: Mini Exporb) to that food, maxed out it quanity and I can catch every yo-kai on the first try. The only little hard thing is the editor did not translate item name so you need to use japanese name of item (found on wikia items list) to search and process.
