Edit: OK, So the Code is, you are stuck at $32,767. If you grab any Cash, it looks like it will go up, but the Next Stage, you are back at $32,767.

if it is still increasing when the cheat is off then that means the max cash value might not be 999,999
it could be 9,999,999 or 99,999,999 or more lol
well, the max value shouldn't matter too much as long as you have enough cash to buy anything in the game

I know it is possible to see the weapon hitbox by displaying the brave style's blue aura, but I don't see any particle effect that can be used for the monster's attack :/

It works for gateway but I do not know why the convertion to NTR fail, it's a really basic code like many others, a simple pointer with a write on an adress
I can't help you with it, maybe ymyn can do a better version with his assembly code :/

For those with Urban Trial Freestyle 2:
Have used this for a while and it works perfectly. Have also Deleted the Game Saves many times to start from scratch and it worked like a Charm. For the USA Version since I can not find the EU Version yet. If someone Post it, will find the Code for it if possible.
