I was wondering if it is possible to restore a GW save back to Retail Cart through Savedatafiler. Someone on maxconsole said it is possible, but CFW and ROM in CIA format is needed. Does anyone know anything about all this? Thoughts appreciated :)

It's honestly not worth your time to install the CFW just to inject a save, unless you absolutely need to. The CFW is buggy and it requires a lot a work to set up

I set up the 'cfw' on a separate SD card purely for save injection.... And I'll have to say, the above posters are correct in saying you must require it pretty badly To undertake the installation.

It took me 2 sessions at 6+ hours and about 20 posts in the CFW CIA thread to get it working and i consider myself an advanced PC user.....
