Hacking Gateway cart save extraction

I'm trying to extract my cart save file (MH4U) to use it on my cia dump. I found very little info on the matter, opening SDF doesn't show any CTR Card save file when I insert the game. How do I extract it? I'm already on GW 3.7.1. Thanks.

Use the nrt save plug in or make sure to rename your save to the proper sdf name extension

You'll need to copy your MH4U save (US = "0004000000126300.sav" EU = "0004000000126100.sav" JP = "000400000011D700.sav") on your SD card and name it "000400000FF40A00.sav" without the quotes.

After that you can extract it with SaveDataFiler by selecting CTR Card. After it's extacted, go to the far right tab on SaveDataFiler and press the button that corresponds to import to SD. After that it'll be imported!

I don't think you need to mess with savadatafiler or svdt or anything really.

I'm 99% sure there's an app in the eshop called save transfer or something, use that. Just load up the game on your gateway card then use the app to switch the save to your cia
