Short answer: no, not through a9lh.

Long answer: You can boot a 9.2 NAND using a9lh then use that to launch gateway.

It doesn't support it at the moment, but for the time being you can use it with AuReiNand in sysNAND mode with the Gateway Launcher CIA.
