about the clone thing r4 team did clone the 3ds cart. gw came up with the video first sent the first batch to sale and only after that the other teams came up with a similar product, even the launcher was like an hex edit.

So the eMMC controller is messed up with no reason? You know that Nintendo would have no reason to mess with it, or either Gateway themselves? (for emunand, they just redirect NAND reads to the SD).
