DWTechz is safer. The Aliexpress seller had reports of damaged and defective Gateway units.

Its posted on the product page that the GW3DS comes with a 6 month warranty so it would be an exception to the 10 days.

this is the same aliexpress seller i bought my gateway from,i paid for it with paypal & it was delivered via dhl in just 3 days. impressive service & if it wasn't so expensive i would buy a 2nd one from him. but its worth waiting & see what the R4 guy is doing because he told me he's working on his own 3ds card.

I'm guessing that, the day my Gateway's return policy ends, he will sell 3DS cards for $0.01.

Edit: I just checked Modchipsdirect's website, went to orders, and apparently there's a status filter that says "Gateway aboard orders shipping Monday 26th." Don't know how long it's been there, though.

And they said they will send me the tracking number later but i dont understand why they cannot give me the tracking number early.

Same exact situation here. The only difference is that I ordered my card from realhotstuff on the 21st. As much as its hard to say we just have to be patient. They'll have in them in stock soon.

The Gateway saves by writing a ".sav" file directly to the 3DS SD Card. To do this you must save in-game and then press the "Home" button and exit. When Loading up the game, Gateway will retrieve the file from the SD card and play like normal.
The Gateway DOES come with a ds flashcart. There are 2 Gateway cards in the package, RED (the 3DS Flashcart) and BLUE (The Flashcart used to prepare your 4.1 - 4.5 system with the exploit and also is a DS flashcart)

3DS Game save data is still stored on the game card itself. Only certain other saves like replay data (for Ridge Racer 3D) or journal data (for Nintendogs+Cats) are stored on the SD card. None of the game saves or extra data are stored on the system itself. Eshop Downloaded Games, however, save Data to the system you purchase the game on.
