I'm in Saudi Arabia and ordered mine from modchipcentral.com.
The middle eastern seller was practically going to rip me off and his site doesn't seem much trustable (yes, even though it's listed as an officially supported seller).

I just noticed they are offering free shipping worldwide.
They are based in Cyprus which is very close to the middle east.
