A better example would be two of my identical Transcend Cards. One could run Animal Crossing trimmed, the other could not.
Never figured out why, but if that happens you can just untrim that specific rom.
It should not be a big deal, maybe one rom will have the issue, if at all.

From what i read emunand works but you cannot access multi menu on 9.5. Dont update there is no benefit.

I take it those who are getting a new gateway delivered should not go down the setting up of emunand route for the time being until Gateway makes 9.5 fully compatible?

Otherwise we would lose Multirom.

Exactly. Don't update yet. If you alr have, well, time to remake ur emuNAND I suppose.

If you don't have any emunand set up, 9.5 is the best you'll get. If you do have a <9.4 emunand back it up. Always back up everything.

Suppose as its on the SD card then worst case I can just wipe and restart again.

Just no way to update to 9.4 now that 9.5 is out.

Eh, nt rly. What you do is simply reset up the emuNAND on the Dragon screen. Not sure about the schematics, but yeah.

Gateway has already released 3.0.4 to support EmuNAND 9.5!!
Unfortunately they also say when N3DS support comes out it will only support up to EmuNAND 9.4 - for a while anyway...

Yes, it unlinks your emuNAND from sysNAND. I formatted my sysNAND without the SD card in the console for unlinking it. You can format emuNAND but I don't know whats gonna happen to your NNID.

Nah not gonna bother with emunand, just sysnand. i backed up anyway so if all shit breaks loose, i can simply restore the image.

As long as you backup your sysNAND before unlinking it for the NNID cause it will be unlinked from each other which means you need to sign into your NNID back into your emuNAND for eShop.
