You can downgrade without needing the gateway card it seems. Means anyone can go ahead and install CIA CFW if it's true. Gotta wait for them to add the downgrade packs to confirm.

All I want to do is test my Genesis 3DS emulator. I just hope I can without needing the Gateway Card or Cubic Ninja.
