Hate to ask but I honestly couldn't find it. Is there a tutorial anywhere that explains how to manually add all this info to USB Loader GX? I got the images working but definitely not the all the other info that should be displayed.
At the very least if anyone can post the directory's for the SD.
Thank you for any help.

/IMAGES = 3D covers
/IMAGES/2D = 2D covers
/IMAGES/DISC = Discs

/codes = 'Cheat' codes

/apps/usbloader_gx = Main USB Loader GX boot.dol/ICON.PNG/META.XML

Title needs to be changed

Its currently

Disney The Princess and The Frog

Should be just

The Princess and The Frog

The two PAL releases are correct as well as the riverboat jazz edition does not contain the word Disney in the title.

It makes the games appear out of order as one is in the D's and the other is in the T's when using a usb loader

Within the last two months I have uploaded over 170 pieces of artwork to the Wiitdb. If you are using Flow or GX, you might want to rescan all your covers! If you are missing any NTSC full covers let me know, and I will try to add them for you! Anyone got anything to contribute! The Wiitdb is still missing many full covers and disc artwork! Post them here! Thanks!!! Wiicrew/Wiitdb2010

Sorry for the confusion djdavidm, in the fact this is nicval that uploaded the bad cover

No problem Yod4z! I've been on the crew since the beginning of June! Lustar helped me get things going! Much thanks to him, and also to you and all the rest of the WiiTDB! Looking forward to being friends! Let me know if there is anything I can do to Help out! I'm all about giving back! I have been compiling some Ideas on how we can freshen up the the Wiitdb site! I will post some of my ideas soon! Thanks Wiicrew/Wiitdb 2010

Is there anyways to automatically download the high quality full covers and not the smaller ones?

*Edit. I got it. :u

*Actually, maybe I don't. Using Wii Game Manager 1.5, I have the full cover option set to high quality, but when I try to download, none of them download. All the other covers download though.

*Last time, I swear. I ran it in XP compatibility mode and it worked. So, the high quality covers download doesn't work with Windows 7.

How do you lot add these covers? Just use a standard scanner?

There are quite a few PAL-UK covers missing (mainly the 3D one), which I can probably get a hold of. I'm currently lacking a scanner, though.

The 3D covers are generated automatically from the flat cover(s) if I'm not mistaken. Yes...from the site... "Do not upload 3D covers, those are generated automatically."

As for where the covers come from, it appears many people get them from elsewhere, where customs are allowed (see below), or they just can't read and make their own customs and upload them despite the site saying custom covers are not wanted/allowed. I too download my covers but I know they are original scans (I double check them with another source anyways just to be 100% sure...the quality isn't all that, but at least they're original).

I would encourage anyone who DOES have a decent scanner and access to original covers to check the site and actually see what the cover(s) look like on there instead of simply checking to see if they have a version, because as I said, there are still customs getting through or in the case of the covers I've uploaded, the quality could be improved upon. I really don't know what people would prefer. That I not bother with the covers I put up due to quality issues and they simply use the standard resolution ones until someone gets a nice clean HQ one up (I have uploaded some 'recent' releases, but many of the covers I've uploaded were for games that were several years old, so no telling when a better version might have shown up), or that I go ahead and put mine up in the hopes that anyone else who happens to come along with a better version will take the time to actually compare the one they have against what's on the site, instead of simply checking the game and seeing there already is a HQ cover and moving on.

For those that don't know or don't bother to read, the site can accept multiple copies of the same version cover which are then manually compared on WiiTDB's end with the best version, in their opinion, being the one made available on the site.

BTW guys, the Arc Rise Fantasia (RPJE7U) NTSC HQ cover is a custom (pretty good one I must admit, but a custom nonetheless - the Ignition portion on the back should be UTV Igntion, and it's also using the barcode from an Austin Powers movie...). If anyone has a nice good version, please upload. I have one that needs a bit of tidying up which I'll put up soon, but a nice clean original would be better.

Send them to me - and I'll scan them in for you

A lot of the covers come from places like Amazon - as WiiTDB only uses the front of the box. My site does use all the box (spine included) - but that's for printing.

When you upload artwork for a custom game, does it normally take a while before it begins to be displayed and the 3d cover processed? I uploaded a cover for a new custom game (ID: CMKB01) and it immediately went into an "other" category and I can't access it over wifi. I assume this is just a moderation queue?

WiiTDB uses the full cover too.
There are some scripts on the site , and if you upload a fullcover , the front , and the 3D ones are generated from it , because some loaders only use front.
But our goal is to get all the fullcovers , not only the front.
Btw , not all fullcovers are available , and sometimes we just get the front one...

Yod4z, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. When I upload the cover using the "Upload Artwork" button, I get the message:
QUOTECMKB01.png: artwork already exists, your upload will be reviewed.

Here is a link to the image I am trying to upload to the server. I don't have a fullcover or disc art created yet.

I think my resolution and format are correct, I'm not sure what's going wrong...

Oh, alright! Thanks for your help. WiiTDB is the best. Thanks for correcting the synopsis as well.

The original artist is Latchful-puppet on deviantart.
