Is it possible/how would i go about doing it?
Currently, i just want to unlock Modification Cards on a japanese rom of BN6 (since no E-reader)... i have a CIA already installed, but i do have the english patch and the unpatched, unconverted rom saved just in case.
I'd prefer not having to uninstall, modify, then reinstall the gba game, even if it means using GM9's hex editor (though i'm not sure what i'd need to do with said hex editor), but if uninstalling is more practical, then it's still fine.
Also, if i'm posting in the wrong forum, do tell.
