If you want to use PSN services, you need to make an account. This account can be used in 2 PS3 at the same time (a third wouldn't be able to download stuff).
Gamesharing is when you give your account details to another person to use the second slot available and that person does the same. That way, you can download his/her games to your PS3 and vice versa.

Yes, any game (or content like DLCs) can be downloaded if you bought them on the PS store.
