Hacking Games with System 3.3 update?

Hey I'm looking for a game that will run the 3.3 system update on my Wii, and I can't, for the life of me, find any.

Is there any sort of list that I can access to see?

See the problem is I need to have the original disk of a game with a 3.3 system update to help me unbrick my Wii, but I'm not willing to buy a game so I have to borrow it off a friend, which is why I need a list. I need to know which of his games will provide me with this update.

Any ideas?

Disaster - Day Of Crisis
Animal Crossing: CITY FOLK

Both contain 3.3 updates...

Buggah he doesn't have any of those.

Is there anyway to run the update using the gamecube controller pad method with a bricked wii?
