Hacking Games not showing up on a9lh

after a CIA install froze midway, I reset my 3DS, and now none of my games are visible.
My 3DS boots into my older set theme and after a couple of seconds, switches to the default theme and creates home menu data on the SD every time I boot it up
The SD is readable on my PC, but FBI can't seem to see anything and shows no folders
I'm on 11.2U and have a9lh with luma set up
any help would be greatly appreciated

Nevermind, I think the card was dead, I migrated to a new card.
