Hacking Games install when I go to system settings

I've had this happen for about a week. Whenever I go to system settings and get back to my main screen it installs pokemon blue and red to my screen and after I restart they are gone. Except this time it also deleted the copies I had in my folder. If it helps these games were pre-installed since I got the 20th anniversary pokemon n3ds

How are you booting the cfw, a9lh, menuhax etc?

Are you entering the data management settings?

When you enter system settings it will "gift wrap"/"install" your games again. But that should only happen if you do it in sysnand and not emunand. Also, stop using rxtools and switch to reinand or luma3ds.
