I just downloaded Resident Evil 5 for Windows and it order to be able to save it asks me to create a Games for Windows Live account. Is it safe to do this with a downloaded iso?

just need to create an offline profile for the game and it'll be fine, and the offline profile will log you in for any future gfwl games I think
