Hacking Games are slow

WEll, right now, with this 64kb format thing, I haven't noticed any frame drop during fight, but I'm in wolf mode right now, I've noticed frame drop only during human fight and I formated the SD card after I became a wolf.
So I'll tell you all if I still get frame drop as human when I'll be human again

i've got a 64gb card, and i found a tool to format it to fat32, but it won't let me set the allocation size any lower than 512kb. anyone know of a program that does both?

I use EaseUS, but it allows to a maximum of 64KB xD

Some people are saying that playing on TV and not on the gamepad might be a solution to avoid fps drop.
Haven't been playing on the gamepad so that might make sense.

is there any situation where having a larger allocation size is more beneficial in terms of loading speed?

only while playing on your gamepad screen will you encounter FPS drop. I've read even DISC users have this issue. it's most noticeable when going through the purple fog in Faron woods. it dropped so bad there to the point I almost quit (I was playing on the gamepad and it does it the most especially when midna wanted you to press L and follow her with that teleporting ability to reach higher grounds) as well as when there are a lot of those black particles floating around in the twilight. if you look on gamepad at those black squares then switch to TV play they speed up quite a bit.
