Hacking Gamersection.ca R4 DS

I'm ordering an R4 from gamersection.ca. I'm choosing FedEx shipping ($9.75 3-5 business days). Does this apply to only Canadians
or Americans as well?

Anyone have experience ordering from www.gamersection.ca using paypal in the US?

They seem pretty reputable and are recommended by R4DS website, so I picked up the R4DS using paypal. Everything went fine including confirmation emails for registration and a separate email from Paypal. A day later I receive an email from gamersection stating the order is on hold due to a payment mismatch.
I can understand if it's on hold because it's not in stock (although the website doesn't indicate Out Of Stock). But I can't explain the payment mismatch and have gotten no reply in 2 days.
