Hacking Gamecube softmod backup loader (no SD Gecko) in the works?

I'd like to backup my GC games since they're starting to wear down.

There is no GC backup loader, all we can hope for that Wiigator will someday add a GC backup support for the Backup Launcher in the future.

waninkoko would need to make a custom mios that would remove checking some sort of encryption.

if i remember correctly there was onebody that was thinking about making this feature and was taking a look at the whole load process of gc games and what's needed...

ohwel, it's what he told me, not that he ISN'T working on it still (helping), just that It's HARD to IMPROVE, so he isn't spending that much time with it...
