GCN gamecube player startup disc, revision differences?

so there are apparently differnet revisions of theese discs, i am wondering whats the difference between them?

according to redump:
japan has all v1.01, v1.02, v1.03
europe has the first 2 while america has the last 2
is there even a 1.00 version?

do anyone researched or know what are the differences between theese discs?

PS: INb4 the homebrew gba program has much better quality and options and whatnot, i am just looking about info in the official discs since there must be a reason why they bothered to make several revisions
