I have been looking at Waninkoko's cMIOS as well as Wiigator's gamecube backup loader and I was wondering what I would need to do to have both of them. From what I understand, Wiigator's loader needs to patch the mIOS but so does Waninkoko's? Will both sets of mIOS patches work together, or do they use different "slots" to store the cMIOSes?
The MIOS that came with GCN Launcher Xi is the most up-to-date one so far as I am aware. Just use that one.
