NeoGamma with timeout problems? cIOSrev16 installed??? It looks like it, but i don't understand it. There's absolutely NO reason at all to install it, and yes, i'm speaking of the time before rev17 too!

Install cIOSrev17. People reported that it works with GC games again. Next important detail for GC launching is the used MIOS. And last but not least, it matters which loader you use. The 0.2 GC loader should work best. The GC loading is NeoGamma is only loading the loader that's embedded in the MIOS.
