Apple Gamecenter account deleted

It said agreee to the terms and now my achievements and friends are gone what the fuck!!!

That's strange, it happened to me too. It must be something on Apple's end becuase it happened to all of us at the same time.

EDIT: I signed out of my Game Center account and signed back in, and all my stuff was back. Give that a try if you're having this problem.

Thanks bdr9, this is a big problem on apples side, but it was probably a small server problem

Actually, I just found out that (at least for me) it was because of a recent update to AppSync. They combined the 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 versions into one package and called 4.0+. After updating to this, the problem started happening, but I didn't notice it until later, so I didn't realize that this was the reason. In order to permanently fix this, I had to restore and then install the old version from a different repo.

Try restoring your device, and then installing the old version of AppSync from a different repo. I don't think I can say the names of the repos here, but many repos seem to have the old, separated versions of AppSync for 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2. Refer to my post above.
