Hacking Homebrew gameboy color roms

Does anybody know a good program to rename gameboy and gameboy color roms?
I can't find any that is easy to understand.

I do not know of too many reliable ones, no-intro do a few dats though for various apps including offline list:

I'm always using Cowering's GoodTools (GoodGBX to be specific). There are frontends available, but I'm not sure which one I used.
