So if i get a O3DS with FW < 9.2 and insert one of this games i can upgrade to 9.2 without the risk to brick the console?

If you want autoboot you need to be on 9.0+ so even 9.2 is good but <9.3. Reccomended
If you want mset, very stable and reliable you need to be on 4.1-4.5. Reccomended but not as fast as autoboot
You can launch via browser at every firmware (not greater than 9.2) or with cubic ninja and other *hax but I don't suggest this.

I want autoboot, so it's seems i need 9.2.

I could use Gateway Mode in sysNAND to update to 9.2 with SSM .3ds ? Or only with the retail card?

Only with rxtools devmode with sysupdater and update packs, or you'll brick
I think pasta should be good, but don't take the risk
