    Somewhere, out there...
I am planning on getting a Nintendo Switch (Have it reserved at my local game store :) ) and am thinking about where to put it. I have a wooden entertainment cart in my Apartment living room with 3 systems on it: X-Box One, PS3 Slim (I think it is the "slim" version, but not the "super slim" version), and Wii U which is placed vertically. I know I need to move one of the systems, but not sure which one... Is it safe to put either my X-Box One or Slim PS3 on my floor, which is carpeted? Thoughts appreciated :)

It's always best to place a console on your tv stand or somewhere wooden. The switch shouldn't take up too much space. I wouldn't place any console on carpet tbh

Post a picture of your entertainment cart. If the TV is sitting on the cart, you could probably place the Wii U behind it.

I have my TV on a separate Entertainment stand. My Cable Modem/Router is behind the tv, cable box on shelf below tv, and my PS4 on shelf below that. I will take pictures of current setup when I get home today :)

Never ever put a system on the floor.
Box one that you dont use up and made room.
Im in the same boat got way to much stuff and no space. But i plan to start moving stuff around this weekend

Looks like there'll be plenty of room to just smoosh things together so it will all fit

Turn the xbox 1 and ps3 at a small angle and then put the switch in front of the 2.

Ill post mines later. I have no room at all.

Maybe put the Switch's dock on top of the PS4? :P

I bet that dock could be mounted to the wall with some 3M Command Hooks very nicely. :)

I think the nicest is to have all consoles vertical in a row, from largest to smallest. So Xbox, then Wii U, then Gamepad, then Switch, then 3DS.

Largest to smallest. If you go the other way then you're staring at the undersides of all your consoles.

Only if you knock them over. You still have to have decent spacing for ventilation.
