If you don't mind SRPG'S I can suggest a few:
Final Fantasy Tactics A2,
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor,
and Disgaea DS.


If you just want regular RPG'S though:
Suikoden Tierkreis,
Chrono Trigger,
Dragon Quest IV(and V),
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker,
and Nostalgia.

Those are nice RPG's, only Soma Bringer is Realtime, rest are Turnbased

You should check out Nanostray, Nanostray 2, Ketsui Death Label(It's in Japanese, but there's basically no language barrier), and Zombie BBQ.

I finished Professor Layton and it was really good. All sorts of puzzles from numbers to logic to pictures.
There are even two dozen more puzzles from wifi connection update, too.
It has a storyline as well so I really enjoyed it.

As for the first one, the best single card multiplayer is Worms: Open Warfare, and the second one is better for Multicard play.

For the other two, not so sure. >.>
