There is a list of translations in this thread. Try Jump Ultimate Stars - it's similar to Super Smash Bros, but with manga characters. Definitely worth trying. As for RPG's, there is nice, completed translation patch for Tales of Innocence.

not an adventure or fighting... but the elite beat agents series has always been a favorite of mine. It's "Ose! Tatakae! Ouendan" is Japanese, fwiw.
