Homebrew Game (SSB4) freezes on start.

So i've been having a problem with SSB4 since it automatically freezes after the nintendo 3ds screen, i've tried google and getting assistance, the common answer was saltySD but i deleted it and never used it on SSB4, I tried reinstalling too, didn't help. I thought of system format and CTR transfer, but i'm unsure if i should do it.
11.4 o3ds luma 8.0 b9s.

It's a CIA (Also tried to install from eshop once, but I guess still counts as a CIA)

Well i've mentionned in OP that I did try to reinstall, with no success.

Oh sorry I didn't see that. Did you activate the overclocking option on the Luma3DS Configuration Screen?

No,what's that option supposed to do? Wasnt it n3ds only?

Yes but I think it crashes games on O3DS if you have it enables. I thought you could've activated it by mistake.
