Good! Now we know it's not a hardware problem. Could you please re-dump a game to your hdd, like mario party 8?

Erm.. no, wipe STUB versions and install the latest non-stub

.

And, strange... possibly do you have any component cables? there may be a trouble between "forcing video modes" also. Be sure you force NTSC video because you said earlier you have a 4.3U (I assume you have a USA wii, which IS NTSC after all..)

And you should delete any loader traces in SD card, hard disk partitions and do a fresh loader install.

and, update to latest ciosrevx 20 IOS 249/250 base 56/57 ios (nor IOS 56 AND IOS 57 MUST BE STUB or you´ll have these weird problems).

He did.QUOTE(Coto @ Oct 3 2010, 04:29 PM) and, update to latest ciosrevx 20 IOS 249/250 base 56/57 ios (nor IOS 56 AND IOS 57 MUST BE STUB or you´ll have these weird problems).
Incorrect. The BASE has NOTHING to do with the REAL ios. Base and real ios are completely different things.

just deleted wii play & dumped it back (wich by the way suprised me at what speed we dump games 2 day) & I've tested it & works fine

So your usb hdd is corrupt. This was also my thought.

you mean that my 2 HDD got corrupted for the same game at the same time !?
Sounds strange... but yes. Because it works with re-dumped games again...

Can I just dump all games in my computer , format the drive & put it back or the game is gona be corrupted ?

And if I'm gona do this, do you suggest switching to fat32 drive instead of wbfs ? (since it seems 2 be well supported now)

I would say yes, but it could be that the games doesn't work anymore, the games could be broken now... But switch to fat32 or ntfs, don't try it with wbfs again.

Geez, I love how you take the time to pick my mistakes and point at them, I feel flattered. But thanks for the correction

is ntfs stable ? 'cause for sure fat32 limitation to 4gig is anoying but I use my hdd only for wii games & emulators so I don't REALLY need the ntfs....

Is fat32 more stable or it's the same ?

since I have 2 hdd can I delete 1 format it & transfer the games direct from hdd 1 wbfs to hdd 2 fat32 or ntfs ? This would skip the "computer transfer step" ?

and do you think I should , even if it got nothing to do with my problem , install iso 60 70 not stub ?

OK, then stay with fat32. ntfs is as stable as fat32, but you don't need it. The 4gb limit is no problem, the usb loaders are splitting the games automatically for you and you will not loose speed.
And yes, this would skip the computer transfer step. I recommend wii backup manager for that.

No, I also don't have IOS60 and IOS70 installed and i'm also on 4.3 and I can play everything without any problem from a ntfs parition, and it's really as stable as fat32.
@Coto:
No problem

Yep =) you lose nothing haha.

I had a WBFS based HDD, and believe at first glance it´d be quite handy and easy to handle, but later began problems of games getting corrupted (which means... there´s a possibility a single game getting corrupted, may lead to whole WBFS table corrupting , which means, ALL games being corrupted). Just yesterday I took the job to transfer every game I had in my WBFS hdd (which had 3 partitions.. not so nice), then formatted to a single FAT32 partition. For those DL (double layer) games, depending on the pc app, they are splitted in 4, 2, etc GB so they can fit properly on fat32 also.

And, just for tought haha, I feel safer now becase i won´t see anymore that "format drive" pop-up which came always when you plugged your hdd at computer while in windows, due to wbfs part.

And, loads a bit faster in FAT32 to me

definitely switch to FAT32 just grab the windows app "Wii Backup Manager" and you can use that to remove the games off the hdd and convert them to .WBFS files but make sure you split the games into 2g files that is the most important thing. And use Configurable USB Loader & WiiFlow as those have the best compatibility and look great.
