Hacking Game Not Saving

I'm very new to all this so keep that in mind.

I have CFW loaded and I’m playing games that were loaded via .cia format. Some of the games don’t seem to save correctly.

Am I doing something wrong?

It seems to save correctly on Zelda and Pokemon games...

Not saving correctly on Reel Fishing 3D Paradise or Super Mario 3D Land.

Not sure about Mario yet but I wasn’t saving the fishing game probably. Duh!!

I had an issue with link between worlds not saving properly. It ended up being that the save data was corrupt from where I had been backing up and restoring save data. Once I cleared the save data with jksm it saved just fine. Might be worth trying.
