Hacking Game modding with .wbfs file, it is possible?

Hi. Like i said, i play SMG, SMG2 from USB Loader GX (.wbfs file).
I want modding these games, but Riivolution doesn't work, because i don't have the original game disc, only have a .wbfs file for SMG, or SMG2.
But i want to mod these games, it is possible to mod any game without the game disc?
Riivolution works with an original game disc, and a USB or SD card (i have USB and SD card, too)

.wbfs is just a trimmed/compressed ISO: you can convert it back to that format, then use a program like WiiScrubber to extract/replace the game's files, then put the modified game back on the HDD

I downloaded the SMG2 in iso format, but i can't access the .iso file

i tried Daemon Tools, and not worked.
The wiiscrubber also not worked.

Convert it to sneek format (like an unzipped folder structure). You can use wiimm's tools or modmii or maybe even wii backup manager to do the conversion. If you want to be able to convert it back wiimm's tools is probably the best (specifically wit.exe)
