Game menu icon.

Hello everybody.

Maybe some of you know that Breath of the wild was released in Germany with an extraordinarily disgusting, butt-ugly cover image of Link doing a selfie on the great plateau. Like every reasonable person should, I absolutely hate it.
I had it installed first with that domestic icon in the home menu, but now I got around to buying an international version of the game, with the beautiful cover that the game deserves.

I deleted the game from my Switch and to my shock, I had to see the ugly icon reappear in the menu.
Is there any way to so thoroughly delete it that the icon will be forgotten?

My Switch is modded, if that is neccessary.

As said above use sys-tweak, I've written a guide and tho it applies to vertical icons the process is the same;

You should be able to use icongrabber to change the icon also
