Hacking Game Data Tool not working after updating CFW

I just update from Rogero 4.55 to Rebug 4.82.
I updated to the latest Multiman and can still play retail games off the external HDD fine.

The issue is with Game Data Tool. When I click on it to switch to USB mode, it reboots, but it is still in HDD mode.
I am unable to access all my PSN titles that are installed on the external drive, that worked previously.
I tried uninstalling, and reinstalling the latest version of Game Data Tool, but to no avail.
Any suggestions on how I can fix this ? Is it a known issue with Rebug 4.82 CFW ?

Just an update.
I did go into Webman setup and toggle the external data option, and it worked doing it that way.
Still wondering if there's a way to get the Game Data Tool to work?
