Android Galaxy a30 questions

Hello

My bro’s b-day will be soon and I’m searching him a phone so that he can play games faster, and $200-$250 (I got myself a Poco F1 and it’s amazing but i won’t be able to save for it before his b-day)

And I found the Samsung Galaxy a30 which is perfect for the games he plays, but there is a problem.

At amazon, there are two buying options:

1. This one is 32GB storage/3GB RAM and is $194

2. This one is 64Gb storage/4GB RAM, and has some sort of infinity-U display, and is $220

So the buying options are confusing, but if I trusted in the second one, I would definitely buy that, but are both the same?

I'd say it's worth the extra money especially if the first one isn't oled like the second
